well i have news for you about the sale signs. we rented a house from seatons and they put up a for sale sign in our front garden and we knew they werent selling it. cos we still had a lease for 4 months, and still it hasnt been sold its only a rented home. they are the worse landlords we ever had. as to the sign they called us one day to tell us they were putting a for sale sign in your front garden but to take no notice of it. so i think there are far more than you think. or know about.
