Did anyone go to the above school in Bolton Lane in the 50s, I can remember the headmaster Mr Baldry, and all the teachers, Going for school dinners up the road at Christchurch Girls School, the 6 canes on the wall in Baldrys office, caning day was Fridays, in front of the whole school, so into trouble on Monday, you had 4 days to think about it.
