Confused [8-)] THE PLIGHT OF ITFC
Following the disastrous final league placing of  ITFC and the subsequent parting of the ways between club and Mr Joe Royale, it appears to me that ITFC have had some sort of hidden agenda regarding selecting the new Town manager and the transfer situation. It is my belief that Joe requested to know how much of a transfer kitty he would have for the new season. When told it would be virtually nil he intimated that he had done as much as he could on his resources and could not continue to fight the battle with both hands tied behind his back. There was then the fiasco of selecting the new manager. Are we honesly meant to believe that none of the list of availabilities were good enough for Town? It  is possible they all thought the same as Joe.Now I have nothing but admiration for Jim Magilton and I wish him every success but it smacks of Town going for a cheap option. As for the transfer situation why wait until  3 days before the new season before some positive action is probably forthcoming ? especially when every other team in the league have strengthed and most of the better available players have already been snapped up. We were told the delay was because of holidays etc, What a load of rubbish. If Town deny my suggestions then perhaps they would be prepared to elaborate on the events, only then will they regain the trust of supporters. They would do well to remember the old adage of `once bitten twice shy.
Finally, thanks Joe  all the best for the future. Good luck Jim,  you will need it!! Confused <img src=">
