Blimey, i cant remember the dates i was there, years ago. Fred and Bob Easton owned the business. Fred drove a 1600E Cortina.
I ran the workshop looking after those little blue invalid cars.
Diecos diesel workshop was next door, lot smaller in those days then it is now.
At a guess i would say late 70's to mid 80's
What's you name? maybe we know each other. I'm 61 now.

I know the area well. You were opposite the recreation ground. I lived in Franklin Road.
I can't remember you, i will stick my thinking cap on and turn the clock back.
I guess you must have gone to Priory Heath School. If so you may have known my sister, she is 60 now.
I can recall a Dennis Driver, was he your brother?

My husband, David Kedgley, lived at Hawke Rd briefly in the early sixties. His mom and dad were Arthur and Maude Peck. They lived several other places in Greenwich Estate. David hung out with Archie Andrews, Donnie Slapp, Ginger Ditchem....write back if you knew him. We live in the States...he's been here since 1967

How bizarre...our son's name is Kevin, Kedgley, not Peck....long, long story....there are a million of them on Greenwich Estate!! There were alot of American/English families when I first visited there in 1971. It seems like there aren't so many Americans now that so many bases have closed.

I lived on greenwich in the sixties i see donny slapp regular he goes in the gainsborough labour club,he lost his brother roy 2 or 3 years ago .My surname is hockley and i lived in hood rd dont know if you can remember the name

Remember me Rosie Prior, 68 Hawke Road, Mrs Hammond is still going strong I see her in town and she still lives in Hawke Road.
