Fred drove a 1600E Cortina.  I ran the workshop looking after those little blue invalid cars. Diecos diesel workshop was next door, lot smaller in those days then it is now. At a guess i would say late 70's to mid 80's What's you name? maybe we know each other. I'm 61 now.    Report

I lived in Franklin Road.  I can't remember you, i will stick my thinking cap on and turn the clock back. I guess you must have gone to Priory Heath School. If so you may have known my sister, she is 60 now. I can recall a Dennis Driver, was he your brother?    Report

They lived several other places in Greenwich Estate.  David hung out with Archie Andrews, Donnie Slapp, Ginger Ditchem....write back if you knew him. We live in the States...he's been here since 1967    Report

There were alot of American/English families when I first visited there in 1971. It seems like there aren't so many Americans now that so many bases have closed.    Report
